Pie Crust

Single:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup crisco
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp cold water
1 1/2 tsp vinegar

Double:
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup crisco
2 tbsp butter
5 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp vinegar

Mix flour and salt. Cut in Crisco and butter. Add water and vinegar. Mix with fork. Roll out. Refrigerate if dough gets too warm to roll.
