Maple Salmon

1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1lb salmon

In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.

Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
 
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.

Tune Quiche

1 9" pastry crust
2 cans (6oz each) tuna
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onion
3 eggs
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup skim milk

Place pastry crust in a pie plate. Pierce crust thoroughly with fork. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl mix drained and flaked tuna, cheese and green onions. Spoon into pastry crust.

In a bowl, mix eggs, mayo and milk. Slowly pour over tuna mixture. Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
